Tim has spent his entire working life as a financial planner but the only thing that that really matters is meeting his wife, Dana Yeoman D.D.S. In the process of joining lives together Tim learned what the life of a dentist is like. Seeing his wife's frustration with the complexity of running a dental practice he set out to make things simple. Since meeting his wife Tim has advised dentists and business owners on a wide range of personal, professional and financial questions.

Tim is a frequent speaker at dental meetings, and is passionate about helping dentists plan for life's significant moments.

After a New Years Eve wedding in 2010 Tim & Dana’s family has grown to include a Standard Poodle named Birdie Bordeax who is currently employed as a Certified Therapy Dog at Dr. Yeomans practice.

When not in the office they can be found exploring California wineries, visiting Monterey for Car Week, watching Dr. Who, or volunteering with Birdie Bordeaux at CDA Cares. They share a love for the local church, global missions, and long for the day that Jesus returns.

Lia has a passion for helping women and children focus on financial wellness. She was frustrated that many women were working with advisors focused on charts, graphics, and hard-to-understand financial plans, instead of focusing on what was important to them. Using this frustration, she set out on a mission to help families define and realize their legacy plans. She does this by helping families understand what’s important to them and what values they want to pass on to the next generation.

Lia is married to her college sweetheart, Urban. Together they have raised three strong, confident, and brilliant daughters.

When not helping clients organize their financial lives, she can be found hiking, cooking, or watching women’s softball. 

With over 25 years of experience serving corporate retirement plan sponsors as well as individual investors, Fran coaches, and trains other financial advisors throughout the U.S. regarding retirement plan management issues and strategies. Fran offers an independent and objective assessment to advisors and their plan sponsor clients to facilitate the implementation and on-going enhancement of solutions to best serve their plan goals and objectives. He provides corporate retirement plan sponsors with comprehensive, simplified and cost competitive solutions which are designed to help save plan clients and their participants money and improve retirement outcomes. Fran also manages the development of practice programs for the firm’s retirement business and works with a select group of his own individual and retirement plan clients.

Fran is a Qualified Plan Financial Consultant with American Society of Pension Professionals. This ongoing training provides him technical knowledge and skills to solve Plan Sponsors and Fiduciaries ERISA and DOL compliance issues.  In addition to degrees in Finance and Economics from Regis University, Fran is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary™, Qualified Plan Financial Consultant and Professional Plan Consultant™. Fran is also accredited through Financial Service Standards, LLC, which formalized one of the most comprehensive 401k plan management programs available, dubbed the 401k Service Solution™ for Plan Sponsors, and is a Professional Plan Consultant™ accredited through Robert Morris University, giving sponsors access to the 401k Service Solution™ tools based on Fiduciary best practices.
